**About the Role**

This role will support the Head of and the Manager role in the day to day execution of the B2B marketing strategy. This will include analysing performance of campaigns, conducting regular reviews of the funnel health, working XFN with stakeholders to prepare review materials and presentations, owning the B2B CRM platforms, event planning and organisation, and day to day adhoc tasks as required by the team

**\-\-\-\- What You'll Do ----**

- Be part of a brand new team at Uber Japan
- Support the B2B Manager and Head of with execution of their strategy
- Contribute to building a new team culture and new team norms by bringing your #gogetit and #oneuber mindset

**Tasks include (not limited to)**

- Supporting the team with day to day tasks to execute the overall strategy
- Campaign reporting and performance
- Managing Comms channels to our merchants - blog creation, hosting webinars, CRM content creation
- Review of our Merchant acquisition pipeline, producing insights and reports to action to own team and XFN teams
- Support with event planning and organistion
- Project work as defined by the Head of team
- CRM platforms, event planning and organisation, and day to day adhoc tasks as required by the team

**\-\-\-\- What You'll Need ----**

- Native Japanese, Fluent English language skill
- B2B marketing experience with similar background in role
- Stakeholder management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Deck, comms and CRM creation

**\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----**

- Working in Restaurant industry or food industry role
- Working in e-commerce/tech environment
