ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Business Analyst - Performance Marketing will take our overall media and paid strategy across all channels and marketplaces to a next level. One of the core responsibilities of the role is to optimize our investment strategy to maximize the performance KPIs, leveraging the incrementality of our media spends.

This position is a 24 month fixed-term contract.

As a Business Analyst - Performance Marketing, you will…
- Lead the monthly and quarterly budget optimization process with channel owners and define spend shifts across channels, marketplaces and regions, guaranteeing full budget fluidity globally
- Develop Tableau dashboards for monthly budget and Performance KPI management - reinforce automation of Performance reporting
- Take the lead for optimizing the incrementality measurement of Performance media spends globally
- Further develop our Marketing Mix Modelling and multi touch attribution in collaboration with Analytics teams
- Ideate innovative approaches and conduct experiments for budget allocation to different media channels
- Develop holistic SAC and LTV/ incrementality evaluation by channel and tactic in order to drive the most efficient and incremental use of our 3P media spends
- Ensure delivery of results at an operational level with respect to optimization, testing, scaling and identifying the impact of activities on performance KPIs

Basic Qualifications


- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing with a emphasis on performance measurement and analytics
- Experience using data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions and optimizations across channels
- Business fluency in written and verbal English

Preferred Qualifications


- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Understanding of the dependencies between Awareness and Performance Marketing activities
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and Business Intelligence Teams
- Ambitious self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
