Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in business or business development.

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing business role.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, creative strategy, relationships and stakeholder management.

  • Experience with working in business, consulting, media, or advertising.

  • Knowledge of India market and insights into both digital and traditional media with the ability to analyze spreadsheets and create or deliver presentations.

  • Ability to communicate in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

  • Excellent communication and collaborating skills, with the ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.

Responsibilities


  • Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.

  • Consult with C-level customers to achieve online marketing and business goals.

  • Identify the customer's needs and tests. Design compelling marketing solutions and develop solutions using product knowledge to optimize success for our customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders and represent the customer internally.

  • Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
