Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 60% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated business development professional who possess business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to launch B2B partnerships with strategic significance, especially in the eCommerce space. You will negotiate, develop, drive and manage execution of strategic partnerships and go-to-market (GTM) plans and collaborate with internal teams. You are a data-driven, clear communicator in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal), organized, and have a proven track record of getting things done. Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
