In this role you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes in the Last Mile Operation, such as: Payments, Losses, On Road Hours, Driver Experience, Daily Tracking and Safety/Security Investigation Track, always assuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned with standard procedures and requirements always focusing in customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Ensure to remain customer obsessed.
· Operative discipline monitoring key processes at daily, weekly or monthly cadence.
· Tracking of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the channel.
· Diving Deep capability to determine first level root causes.
· Ability to manage and populate performance reports and dashboards for key metrics.

A day in the life
Every day is different as a Programme Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively on projects, which may be at different stages of the project lifecycle, from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a programme pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing a resourcing plan for another project. You will collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders.



About the team
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- English Advanced
- Spanish Fluent

Preferred Qualifications


- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
