Joining Siemens Financial Services France (SFS) as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) means taking the helm of a human-scale company (80 employees) while being immersed in an international environment (the group is present in 200 countries). You will manage all key functions within the scope: accounting, finance, management control, and also operations management. As the CFO and a member of the Comex, you will ensure the strategic and operational management of Siemens Financial Services (SFS) and Siemens Lease Services (SLS) France, across a wide functional scope:
- Lead financial strategy in collaboration with general management while ensuring optimal resource management, management control, and profitability.
- Optimize all financial processes, from accounting to financial reporting (IFRS and French GAAP), ensuring their compliance and efficiency in a regulated and international environment.
- Manage financial risk (interest rates, liquidity) while overseeing the automation of financial processes through our continuous improvement initiatives with our Business Excellence department.
- Drive digital transformation of finance and operations management activities, focusing on innovation and process simplification through digitalization.
- Manage a team of approximately 25 employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and developing internal talents.
- Work cross-functionally with all Siemens group divisions in an international and collaborative environment, representing SFS France within the group’s financial community.

- With an advanced degree (such as a Business School, Master's in Finance, or DESCF), you have proven experience in a similar position within the leasing or financial services sector, with strong expertise in operational processes and knowledge of the specific challenges of this activity.
- You have previously managed a team, ideally of a similar size (15 to 20 people), and your charisma enables you to unite around performance and a culture of continuous improvement.
- You have experience in leasing and a strong command of financial operations, expertise in accounting, management control, and risk management, with excellent proficiency in IFRS and French GAAP standards, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Passionate about digitalization and process automation, you have a strategic vision of the financial sector's evolution.
- You communicate easily in both French and English and are comfortable in an international environment with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
