Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience in Romanian legal and regulatory requirements for local Human Resource (HR) practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
- Knowledge of HR tools and processes.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis with communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR Compliance risks.
- Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Perform comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Balance activity across all countries in scope, including Romania as well as Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania and Bulgaria.
