About the team/role
You will lead the CX Data & Insights team supporting the retail, community and special services programs, being able to interact with stakeholders from all over the world and generate business impact.
In this role, you'll be...
Leading a data science team to impact the business.
Managing multiple stakeholders from different regions of the world.
Leading the CX design & research team to take leverage of qualitative data and perceptions.
Supporting the development of new business lines with data.
Developing and reviewing SQL codes, R and/or Python.

5+ years of experience.
Technical skills such as SQL, Python or R.
Data visualization knowledge.
Storytelling knowledge.
Statistical knowledge.
Stakeholder management skills.
Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment.
