About the team/role
O time de CX Community Ops está dentro da estrutura de experiência do cliente, mais especificamente gerenciando a comunidade de motoristas experientes da 99. Nossa operação monitora e faz a gestão desses padrinhos e como eles geram valor para comunidade de novos motoristas parceiros.
Estamos buscando um(a) estagiário(a) que tenha vontade de aprender, uma boa capacidade organizacional e analítica, além de pro atividade para  contribuir com a operação e nossos projetos de melhoria contínua.
In this role, you'll be...
Organizar e garantir a atualização dos resultados operacionais nos dashboards do time;
Apoiar a operação nas reuniões diárias, gestão de governança e controle de processos;
Suportar o time na organização da rotina, distribuição de atividades e gestão do tempo;
Acompanhar e gerenciar os modelos de governança, processos e rotinas;
Organizar reportes periódicos com os resultados e principais indicadores do time;
Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua para a operação de comunidades.

Cursando Administração, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas com data de formação posterior a Jun/26;
Disponibilidade para estagiar 30h por semana, em um modelo de trabalho híbrido, 3x por semana na Av Paulista e 2x home office;
Habilidade com ferramentas como Excel/Google Sheets (nível intermediário);
Inglês nível intermediário;
Habilidades de pensamento estruturado/tomada de decisão: Enfrentar desafios de produtos complexos e simplificá-los.
Data-driving: Encontre uma maneira de obter os dados que você precisa e transforme os dados em soluções reais e plano de ação, dividindo em curto, médio e longo prazo.
Fortes habilidades de comunicação: aberto para lidar com diferentes culturas e influenciar e trabalhar com pessoas de diferentes perfis.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e resolução de problemas com um modo de pensar sistemático.
