This role combines the definition of the strategy and main goals in the data protection area, with the hands-on technical implementation to safeguard sensitive data across our organization. Having strong experience managing DLP tools is very important, especially those belonging to the Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Purview DLP, Insider Risk Management, Microsoft Information Protection, DSPM, etc.). Experience with other DLP solutions is also highly valued, as well as other tools aiming at protecting information and detecting potential data exfiltration scenarios. Showing experience with other tools belonging to the Microsoft 365 environment is a plus (Defender Portal, Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- You provide technical expertise as we design our strategy and deploy policies to secure our information in the company, making sure our sensitive data is protected, managed, and compliant across our organization.
- You work hands-on with different technologies to configure, manage, monitor and refine the application of DLP policies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s security guidelines.
- You provide a key role in troubleshooting, problem-solving and end-user support to ensure the seamless operation of our services.
- You collaborate with different stakeholders to define the appropriate flow to apply when responding to a potential exfiltration of sensitive data.
- You proactively drive and contribute to increase our IT security posture, with a special focus on hardening cloud solutions related to Microsoft365.
- You drive implementation, innovation, and continuous improvement for Healthineers’ cybersecurity.
- You develop and document security reference architectures, design patterns, roadmaps, and other architectural artifacts aligned with policies, standards, and industry best practices to leverage security capabilities and implement Information Security controls in projects and operations.
- You benchmark and select security products and deploy proofs of concept to decide the new security capabilities to be deployed.
- You participate in application and infrastructure projects to help defining the security model and adopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different project stakeholders on all levels.
- You work closely with peers and colleagues across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Operations and Governance to ensure that implementation and operations are aligned with security standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity and 2+ years working with DLP solutions, you have experience as a Cybersecurity engineer, and you are familiar with various technologies on premises/in the cloud as well as their security aspects.
- You have proven experience in data protection and DLP, with a strong focus on implementation and hands[1]on configuration.
- You have expertise working with Purview DLP. Having strong knowledge on other DLP tools is also valued (Falcon Data Protection, Zscaler DLP, Digital Guardian, Symantec DLP, etc.).
- You have experience designing, deploying, and managing DLP policies in complex environments. • You have knowledge regarding other Microsoft365 security solutions and topics (Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Information Protection, Insider Risk Management…)
- You have advanced English, communication, and negotiation skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
