We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as Electrical Engineer Apprentice to be part of the Proposal Team for MV systems

The selection process includes a group assessment center at the Siemens headquarters in Milan, during which we will ask you to introduce yourself and work in a team. Your Challenge
As Electrical Engineer Apprentice to be part of the Proposal Team for MV systems, Your main tasks will be assisting the proposal team in preparing technical bids for primary medium voltage switchgear and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, and collaborating with clients and the internal team to analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
some of your main activities will be:
- Technical Support: Assist the proposal team in preparing technical bids for primary medium voltage switchgear, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards;
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and the internal team to understand and analyze the technical requirements of projects, contributing to the definition of the most appropriate solutions;
- Documentation: Draft and update the necessary technical documentation for bids, including electrical schematics, component specifications, and technical reports, using our Siemens configuration tool;
- Research and Development: Participate in the research of new technologies and innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of bids;
- Training and Growth: Develop technical and professional skills through specific training programs and mentorship with experienced engineers and learning by doing.
Required entry qualifications:
- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
- Electrical Engineering Degree;
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
