Are you prepared to assume a pivotal role within our Employee Relations & Policies department? We're seeking a dynamic professional who will act as a subject matter expert in HR Employee Relations, HR Policies & diverse projects across Belgium & Luxembourg.

Your job
As an Employee Relations & Policies Consultant, you support the delivery and deployment of ER programs mainly related to Health and Well-Being. You will drive transformational ER projects in alignment with the ER team’s agenda. You will manage day-to-day cases, advising and liaising with other Departments (HR Partners, Mobility, Payroll, Rewards, Employment Law). The role involves end to end program management, case management, stakeholder management as well as related internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Act as an advisor for Accenture BeLux on health, well-being and re-integration
  • Act as a policy and ER subject matter expert, providing guidance to HR representatives.
  • Support overtime management and health & safety matters 
  • Identify gaps in processes as we investigate matters and partner with other HR teams to address those gaps
  • Understand evolving employment legislations and rules and translate them into HR actions (deployment of new ER Practices & review existing ones).
  • Analyze well-being data and identify trends for prevention of absenteeism and psychosocial risks. 
  • Support development and application of projects, guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies related to Health and Well-Being.  
  • Assess and monitor Health and Well-Being capabilities, metrics and culture of the organization to develop a strategy and associated annual plan, leveraging analytics and creating comprehensive review decks for Leadership team.   
  • Identify training and interventions for HR Partners and Business to manage processes related to health at work, absenteeism and reintegration.  
  • Provide guidance to HR Partners on the long-term illness process and absence management (= Duty of Care). Support and monitor reintegration cases management and developing reintegration plans. 
  • Act as a liaison and promote the collaboration and alignment between internal and external parties (ecosystem). 
  • Act as the point of contact for various parties: employees, HR, business, health vendors and suppliers, prevention advisor, confidential mediators (persons of trust), etc.  
  • Advice on improvement opportunities in collaboration and coordination between the various parties.    
  • Establish partnerships with external organizations to enhance reintegration success. 

Your Team
You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team within the Human Resources department, as well as other Corporate Functions teams including Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Information Management. Together, we strive to optimize operations, drive collaboration, and achieve shared goals.

  • You have a strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • You utilize strong data analytics and interpretation skills to inform decision-making and drive insights into ER programs.​
  • You have experience handling Health and Well-Being topics within HR
  • You have good knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourgish legislation
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch/French.
