As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are driving business transformation through effective engagement with C-level executives, lines of business, technology leaders and builders. You are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.

Key job responsibilities
As a Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Manage a high-touch territory made up of a few Enterprise organizations
- Engage with CxO in top enterprises in Spain to build strong relations and become an advisor in their business transformation
- Coordinate an extended team to better serve your target Enterprise organizations
- Engage with partners and define go-to-market strategies with them
- Meet the sales goals defined for the role
A day in the life
A day in the life of Enterprise Account Manager at AWS is anything but monotonic. Being a high-touch customer-facing role, you will be, first and foremost, forging long-term relationships with your target accounts. You will go from driving modernization discussions and datacenter exit initiatives, all the way up to leading transformative conversations through the use of data and GenAI. To do so, you will engage with an extended team that includes solution architects, demand generation representatives, sales specialists, marketing and partner management roles, having the responsibility to define the go-to-market strategy within your territory.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional
- Experience coordinating multiple members of the sales team devoted to a particular account
- Experience creating long-term transformational account strategies through technology
- Experience engaging with C-level executives, lines of business and technology leaders
- Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects with Enterprise organizations
- Spanish bilingual/native level
Preferred Qualifications
- A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science
- Experience selling cloud solutions
- Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)
- Experience managing Enterprise organizations
