Enterprise Partner Growth Manager
Job Description
**About the Role**
This role will work with AM's and the Uber Advertising team to design and execute short (3 months) to long term (2+years) growth plans for our top Enterprise merchants. Its expected that this person will work closely with our Merchants Marketing teams with a goal to create strategic partnerships at the CMO/Marketing Manager levels.
Their deep understanding of promotion structure, quality, efficiency and efficacy (ROI) measurement and the Merchants business will combine to help them support the AM to design a promotional plan that will achieve both the Merchants and Uber's objectives. In addition to building plans using the Uber growth tools, this role will also work with Merchants to unlock other growth initiatives like LTO items, outside of Uber promotion and advertising and partnering with our Marketing teams to drive big campaign execution.
**\-\-\-\- What You'll Do ----**
- Work day to day with Account Managers and Advertising team to create, execute and monitor the performance of growth plans that we have agreed with our Merchants
- Develop quality materials using insights and data for all phases of promotion - pitch through to results so that Merchant can clearly see the value of promotion to their business
**\-\-\-\- What You'll Need ----**
- Native Japanese, Fluent English language skill
- 6+ years experience in Account Management/Stakeholder management
- Commercial acumen
- Growth mindset
- Both strategic and executional thinking
**\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----**
- Expereince in driving restaurant growth in a previous role
- Experience in growing Merchants on another marketplace
