Amazon is looking for an experienced sales manager that will lead a team of Key Account Managers (business-development professionals) to lead its Turkey Exports business. TR Exports team will support Turkish businesses sell in global Amazon stores, increasing overall sales for Amazon and contributing the Turkey's exports volume.

The successful candidate will drive program expansion, manage a growing P&L. S/he is expected to size the opportunity of relevant markets, build the business case, remove blockers (regulative, logistics, tech and non/tech) to deliver results, build connections and stakeholder relationships to speed up sales, recruit, retain and manage a team of Key Account Managers. S/he is also expected to report to leadership on a weekly basis and ensure program success by working with various teams in Amazon. Exports team is to launch online sellers on Amazon's marketplace and help them expand and grow their businesses by partnering with different Amazon stores. Key Account Managers will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across selected product families. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives.

The candidate will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the selling partners and driving programs to penetrate new opportunities to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems and tools for all 3rd party selling partners. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment the successful candidate will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives. Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals
- Manage critical sales relationships with top brands of Turkey
- Influence internal and external stakeholders
- Drive program expansion, manage a growing P&L - Be a business partner for new selling partners providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
- Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon’s third-party Exports business
- Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions
- Collaborate and share learning with your global counterparts (EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
- Identify and contribute to projects focused on improving customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams

Basic Qualifications


- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree
- Management experience, ideally managing sales teams
- Sales experience, managing large accounts
- Track record of success in building businesses from scratch, managing P&L
- Experience in managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
- Written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to influence stakeholders, drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
- Background in building business cases and executing to completion
- Experience in solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education

Preferred Qualifications


- Masters degree / MBA
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
