Your mission will be…
- Support the team in the preparation of financial statements and on various accounting topics according to IFRS and HGB, e.g. in the preparation of consolidation bookings, preparation of financial statements, evaluations, conducting research & documentation;
- Support in the preparation of presentations for internal communication and management meetings;
- Support in the development and updating of training and project documents;
- Support SRE's EU Taxonomy reporting, helping to develop and enhance future-oriented, integrated reporting processes and IT landscape for SRE and other ESG-relevant reporting topics, particularly CSRD;
- Support on digitalization and process optimization through the usage of visualization and automation tools (e.g. Tableau / Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate/...);
We are looking for someone with…
- A business administration, real estate management, sustainability, IT or a comparable course of study;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint, and have knowledge of other office applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI;
- Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in German being a plus;
- A strong interest in financial and non financial reporting, with a solid foundation in accounting principles and strong analytical skills;
- An analytical and customer-oriented approach to work, with a hands-on mentality, high level of commitment, and resilience;
- Thrive in international virtual teams and are characterized by a proactive working style;
- A rounded off profile by team orientation, reliability, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently;
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Eager to learn and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
