- Define and track KPIs related to catalog quality, including product onboarding, attribute coverage, freshness, and data accuracy.
- Design and implement global initiatives to improve the completeness and quality of CPG catalogs.
- Partner with commercial teams to align CPG prioritization with business goals and build tailored engagement strategies.
- Drive CPG engagement by onboarding partners via third-party providers and ensuring smooth, scalable data ingestion processes.
- Collaborate with CPGs and internal teams to define and model product attributes required for promotions, campaigns, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize catalog processes, increasing data coverage and reducing gaps across merchants and geographies.
## What You’ll Need

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with technical data tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate globally.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback and innovation.
- Experience negotiating with external partners and managing third-party providers.
- Stakeholder management expertise, working effectively with both internal teams and external CPG partners.
