Job Description
**About the Role**

As the Manager, Implementation at Uber for Business for the APAC region, you will own the implementation process across APAC. Your team will work closely with Account Executives and clients and to customize and drive the implementation strategy for our Enterprise and Mid Market accounts.

They will execute the strategy from launch through the initial 90 days post-sale with the goal of maximizing end-user adoption and usage. The team’s product expertise makes them uniquely qualified to consult with customers, provide recommendations, and create a partnership experience that focuses on mutually beneficial initiatives that drive expansion. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing revenue for both new and existing customers.

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Taipei or Tokyo 3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

**What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points**

1. Manage a team of Implementation Leads located across APAC: Australia, India, Japan, Taiwan, and more to come.
2. Collaborate closely with Country Managers, Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage launch expectations and track adoption and usage through the early lifecycle (first 90 days).
3. Map the processes of implementation, identifying roadblocks and solutions to meet the needs of each market or segment
4. Create Salesforce reports to manage the implementation pipeline and also provide insight metrics on how to drive performance.
5. Develop and maintain playbooks and performance trackers to support team performance and scalability
6. Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, support, and operations to resolve issues and implement solutions
7. Create and localize client-facing materials such as presentation decks or launch announcements for the different markets in the APAC region

##### Basic Qualifications

1. English proficiency.

2. 5+ years of B2B experience, with at least 2 years as a People Manager of customer facing teams (Customer Experience and Account Management).

3. Proficient in pipeline management, sales techniques, objection handling, and prioritization.

4. Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales strategies

5. Excellent Project Management skills
6. Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven track record of operational and sales excellence, developing strategies to expand accounts and implementing them effectively
8. Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment and have a competitive edge
9. Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.

##### Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in managing geographically distributed teams
2. 2+ Years leading Implementations, Post Sales or Professional Services teams
3. Deep understanding of a combination of the following countries' business landscapes: Australia / New Zealand, Hong Kong, India, Japan and Taiwan
