**About The Team**
Since launching the service in Japan in Sep. 2016, Uber Eats has become deeply rooted in the local food culture, both shaping and celebrating it, and helping small and large businesses connect with customers. We have seen incredible customer love and acceptance over the past eight years of Uber Eats in Japan. We started in Tokyo and now our service is nationwide in all 47 prefectures. 2024 brings a new chapter of the Delivery story, our vision is to 'deliver anything, to anyone, at anytime' and our goal is to make Uber a daily essential in people's life.
**About the Role**
Our team is seeking an experienced inbound Sales Manager (Head of Inbound) to be based in Tokyo, Japan. This role is a key position within the sales team responsible for managing all aspects of our inbound sales function in Japan, including growth of our inbound-sourced restaurant partner base and management over SMB inbound sales team.
**Your Impact in Role**
- Drive the overall strategy and growth of inbound-sourced restaurants in Japan
- Provide management for a team of sales executives
- Meet or exceed monthly team target quotas and complete associated target generation activities
- Work with marketing team to develop our B2B marketing strategy and execution
- Excel in hands-on training, coaching and development of your sales team
- Develop a high-performing team culture
**The Experience You'll Bring**
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS or digital ads company
- Skilled at managing sales activity and analyzing metrics to deliver on sales plans
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM
**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams
- Experience with inbound sales, bonus if exposure to B2B marketing
- Demonstrated ability to train and guide sales teams in selling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate a sales team
- Business level English
