Apply now for the position of Indirect Sales Channel Manager POC, and you will make the difference in shaping the fast-developing POC Italian market by leading the indirect sales team, comprised of sales agents, business partners, distributors and resellers.

Your role:

  • You will set the sales targets for the assigned sales organization
  • You will lead the indirect sales organization toward the achievement of sales targets
  • You will develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the national sales strategy
  • You will manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting
  • You will cooperate with Marketing, Product Management and Sales Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning
  • You will ensure sales agents and business partners are trained and aligned with the sales & marketing strategy and objectives
  • You will develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the account and regional level

Your expertise:

  • At least 15 years’ experience in Diagnostics market in a commercial role
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian POC diagnostics market
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork
  • Advanced English, written and spoken
  • Based in Milan
