Your mission will beâŠ
We are seeking an experienced IT Carve-Out and Mergers Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless IT transitions during carve-outs and mergers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, plan and execute IT carve-out and mergers programs and/or projects that align with our business objectives.
- Program and Project Coordination: Lead IT programs and/or projects related to carve-out and mergers activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) Management: Manage overall contractual relationships with carved-out companies in close collaboration with the finance team and all IT value centers.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carved-out companies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address IT-related challenges during transitions.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant regulations, standards and Siemens policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to improve IT carve-outs and mergers processes.
We are looking for...
- Educational Background: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 3 years focused on IT carve-outs.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, licenses and data management.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinker: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities in English (required), with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
