**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills to drive Demand growth in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to analyze problems and scope opportunities, propose and execute solutions, gather results and iterate to drive Rider Growth. You will work with teams across the region and will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders across the org to come up with initiatives to drive Rider growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on the business by continuing to innovate on how we acquire and engage new users in our region.

**What you'll do:**

1. Work closely with Ops teams across the LatAm region to find opportunities to grow our Rider base by testing different acquisition and resurrection channels
2. Take big-picture problems and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes and execute high impact solutions
3. Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make project plans a reality
4. Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly
5. Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context and minimize the materialization of issues
6. Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, tech teams and stakeholders
7. Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment

**What you'll need:**

2. At least3 years of professional experience in business operations, consulting, finance, strategy, etc
3. **Data-Driven Mentality**: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
4. **Communication**: \[Portuguese or Spanish\] and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
5. **Project Management**: Ability to analyze data to ideate and inform project prioritization, leveraging functional expertise and internal tools to execute key projects with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as organizing projects with milestones and timelines
6. **Executional Excellence**: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
7. **Planning & Organization**: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
8. **Stakeholder management**: Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities to drive positive business impact
