Minimum qualifications:
- Law degree from a Belgian University, with a specialisation (LLM) in law and new technologies, commercial law, copyright law or privacy law.
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department of a company.
- Ability to communicate in English, Dutch and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with legal analysis and research.
- Experience in intellectual property, technology, or media law, with an interest in technology and IT-relevant legal problems and recent developments.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start between February to March 2025 for 12 months fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics (e.g., intellectual property, consumer regulations, media regulations, advertising law, data protection, etc.).
- Respond to various legal requests from users and third-parties in relation to Google services.
- Assist the Legal team in the preparation and the management of court actions.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge databases for the Legal team.
- Participate in the review and drafting of agreements.
