Amazon Japan is seeking qualified candidates to join our Global Logistics team. Global Mile at Amazon reaches customers around the globe on all seven continents, and are in need of individuals who want to help ensure a fast-cost-effective solution to delivering packages to every far reach of the world.
Join our Global Mile team as a Logistics Coordinator based in Tokyo. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of Amazon's Fulfillment Network to drive improvements across multiple dimensions of our B2C export operations from the APAC region (Japan, Australia, Singapore). Working with both internal and external partners, you will enhance customer experience, capacity, capabilities, cost performance, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Execute and maintain SOP on daily/weekly/monthly basis to effectively communicate forecasts and critical information with carriers, ensuring smooth export operations.
• Manage daily reports and exceptional queries from carriers leveraging internal tools and resources. Escalate to a manager or internal stakeholders when necessary.
• Prepare weekly reports on Carrier related KPI metrics and engage with carriers to identify root causes of any performance gaps and implement improvements.

• Support member of a team's initiatives and projects.

•配送業者からのレポートや問い合わせへの対応。必要に応じて管理職や関係者へのエスカレーション。
• 配送業者のKPIレポートを週次で作成し、パフォーマンスの分析や改善を推進する。
・チームのプロジェクト・改善業務のサポート

Work hour : 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Basic Qualifications
-Japanese & English communications skills - Written & Verbal
-Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, lookups, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in logistics, transportation and/or customer service, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
-Knowledge of SQL

-Flexibility and analytical decision-making skills
