Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent communication, change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.

  • Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

  • Knowledge Broad range of HR, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.

Responsibilities


  • Work with the relevant teams to ensure delivery for our HR processes in the country. Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.

  • Contribute to the deployment of country focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country People plan.

  • Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Provide local context and advice on HR related matters. Provide local context and advice on HR related matters.

  • Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant COE teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.

  • Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service of the delivery.
