As the Manager of Latam Seller Communication & Education, you will lead the strategic development and execution of seller enablement initiatives across one of our fastest-growing regions. This multifaceted role requires a leader who can design and implement comprehensive learning and communication strategies that drive seller success, while managing a high-performing team of specialists. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable, data-driven programs that enhance seller experience, increase feature adoption, and support business growth. The position demands excellence in strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and operational execution, as you'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions that address the unique needs of our LATAM seller ecosystem while maintaining alignment with global objectives and measuring impact through clear KPIs.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and education strategies to support the LATAM seller ecosystem
- Lead a team of communication and education professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction
- Create and maintain scalable programs that drive seller adoption of new features, policies, and best practices
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across Business, Product, and Operations teams to align communication priorities
- Design and implement data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of communication and education initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in seller satisfaction and adoption metrics
- Manage complex projects and programs across multiple countries and languages
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Fluent in Business-level English and Portuguese, both written and oral. Preferable Spanish knowledge
