**About the Role**
Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? In this role you will take ownership of building new business pipeline, forecasting opportunities and constructing territory and account plans to achieve your quota.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person in our office in Buenos Aires 2-3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
- Prospect into Mid-Market accounts within 1,000 - 3,000 employees
- Transmit the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customers
- Develop Uber for Business pipeline within a defined territory / book of business
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals
- Build meaningful relationships to gain strong positioning with decision makers while driving growth of net new business
- Reach out to key decision makers and prospect into industries most likely to close in faster deal cycles
- Work with our teams to ensure effective launch of U4B once you close a company on the platform
- Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition
**Basic Qualifications**
- Great English Proficiency
- 3+ proven experience in sales fields
- Outstanding listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Consistent track record in multi-tasking and follow through, while paying attention to detail
- Salesforce expertise
- Building and completing territory and account plans
- Strategical thinking
