Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales in the technology industry with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and platforms.
- Experience with consulting in cloud based technologies.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business in developing product/solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with the internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will help businesses such as Enterprise, Corporate, Education, Government run their organizations more effectively and drive innovation by delivering our cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and security tools.
You will develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in the assigned market and work with the broader Business team and partner ecosystem to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Google Workspace opportunities. You will build a pipeline and work with the account teams to build out the customer solution and with stakeholders and IT decision makers across various functional teams and verticals.

Responsibilities
- Deliver business and pipeline goals, prioritizing the customer experience. Discover and understand customer requirements on a business and technical level.
- Develop strategies to accelerate the business cycle and prospect, qualify, develop, and establish business opportunities.
- Work with the Google Account teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers) to generate and develop business growth.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
- Provide guidance to develop campaigns to drive pipelines, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle and work with Google Partners to scale demand generation and maximize business results in the territory.
