Isso requer excelentes habilidades analíticas, conhecimento de soluções de inteligência de negócios, bem como excelente visão de negócios e capacidade de trabalhar com equipes quantitativas e de negócios.

Nessa função, você será responsável por resolver desafios complexos e analíticos que produzem insights comerciais críticos. É ideal ter uma profunda visão de negócios, experiência analítica com compreensão de negócios e construir confiança ao entregar resultados.

We are seeking a creative, goal-oriented and highly technical person to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We are focused on growing and developing a smart assortment of brands, with the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative person that will enable Amazon Brazil growth through implementation and support of business intelligence solutions and selection programs. He/she will bring insights to the businesses teams and drivers for decision making, will support Selection Initiatives by owning complex reporting and managing structural changes in tables and concepts. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role.

It requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, as well as outstanding business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.

In this role you will be responsible for solving complex and analytical challenges that produce critical business insights. The ideal candidate has a deep business acumen, an a deep analytical background with business understanding, and earns trust by delivering results.

Key job responsibilities


Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use.

Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.

Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.

Build self-service reporting platforms, establishing automated processes for large scale data analysis.

Understand and write high quality queries to retrieve and analyze data.

Define analytical approaches and metrics strategy to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve productivity.

Manage the local data infra-structure, as well as work with Global teams to assure data is consistent and accurate.

Manage team, organize team demands and priorities.

Key job responsibilities
As an Business Analyst on the OOC team, your primary focus will be on creating metrics, reports, and conducting deep dives to understand the out-of-country business operations in Brazil and Mexico. You will develop and maintain comprehensive KPIs to track performance, create regular reports and dashboards to visualize trends, and conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market dynamics. Your role involves identifying areas for improvement, proposing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives. You'll perform competitive analysis, develop forecasting models, and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on business growth. Investigating data anomalies, supporting business cases for new initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy are crucial aspects of your job. You'll need to stay updated on regulatory changes and market conditions, present findings to leadership, and continuously improve data analysis methodologies. Intermediate Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge are required to effectively manipulate and analyze data in this role.

To be successful in this role, you need to feel comfortable navigating on broad and diverse topics such as Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importations, marketing, operations, working with tech teams, and dealing with high level of uncertainty.

Basic Qualifications


- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of SQL

Preferred Qualifications


- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
