About the team/role

Being part of the Operations team for DiDi will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies in Latam. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment! You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business in Latam!
This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to oversee relationships with a very valuable part of our business: our drivers and passengers.

In this role, you'll be...

Monitoring KPIs to track marketplace performance and driver and passenger behavior, acting quickly as needed to improve the experience.
Innovating by actively pursuing opportunities and being propositional, working with related peers to combine Demand, Supply, and Pricing perspectives into new approaches for our user base.
Taking ownership of 99's growth in your cities and doing everything possible to support and enhance the quality of our services.
Demonstrating the ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and adopting a generalist, do-what-it-takes mindset.
Possessing an intermediate level of English and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. SQL knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn it is required.

Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
Intermediate English; Strong problem-solving skills;
Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
Hands-on approach; Master in Excel/SQL data processing;
