**About the Role**

As a **People Operations Specialist**, you will be a key player in ensuring a seamless employee experience by resolving complex Tier 2 HR issues, supporting cross-functional partners, and driving process improvements. You will act as a bridge between People Operations and various stakeholders, providing expertise in HR systems, documentation, and process optimization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive global mindset to enhance operational efficiency.

**What the Candidate Will Do**

- **Resolve complex Tier 2 HR issues** that Coordinators escalate, providing support to Tier 1, Administrators, and Coordinators.
- Serve as a **liaison between People Operations and key partners** such as HR Shared Services (HRSS), Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Partners, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Legal.
- Own and drive **end-to-end processes**, ensuring efficiency and compliance while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain **documentation, process improvements, and knowledge management resources** to enhance Tier 1 and Tier 2 efficiency.
- Analyze **HR support metrics** to identify trends, optimize workflows, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Provide subject matter expertise in **at least one specialized HR area**, acting as a go-to resource for the team.
- Work **independently** to manage **moderately complex cases and projects**, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support **system troubleshooting and enhancements** in HR platforms such as Workday (HCM), ServiceNow, and other workflow tools.
- Operate with a **global mindset**, ensuring regional consistency while adapting to local compliance and business needs.

**Basic Qualifications**

- **4–6 years of HR experience** in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar function.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluent Portuguese
- Strong expertise in **HR systems and process optimization**, including Workday (HCM), ServiceNow, and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to **independently manage complex HR issues** and own end-to-end processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a **proactive approach to continuous improvement**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with process documentation, **metrics analysis, and knowledge management**.
- Hands-on knowledge of Brazil labor law and compliance requirements, understanding of their impact on the employee lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in a **fast-paced, global environment** while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Problem-solving skill:** when you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it
- **Data-driven mindset:** capable to run analysis and/or understand data and transform it into relevant insights

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Spanish
- Basic level of project management skills: superior organizational skills, good follow through on tasks, and staying in touch with key stakeholders
