Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to strengthen our Last Mile Delivery network. In this role, you will enhance operational excellence by developing and implementing robust strategies that safeguard our partners, drivers, and customers. You will oversee and optimize compliance mechanisms while fostering awareness through systematic monitoring, effective communication, structured hearings, and comprehensive training programs, all aimed at achieving industry-leading compliance standards in our Last Mile delivery network.

Key job responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate compliance mechanisms across the Last Mile DSP Program, providing detailed analytical reports
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable solutions
• Collaborate with management to establish key initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely implementation of continuous improvements
• Orchestrate compliance controls including partner vetting, surveys, and investigations while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and DSP stakeholders
• Lead the development and implementation of compliance communications and guidelines
• Proactively identify and drive process improvements to enhance compliance mechanisms

About the team
The DSP Programs team is a core strategic unit within AMZL, overseeing Amazon's in-house last mile delivery services. Our scope extends beyond program management to product development and solution creation. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to offer business services as products to our delivery service partners that are small to mid-scale companies and also net new entrepreneurs. The team works in close collaboration with global stakeholders based in North America, Europe, and Australia.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Professional level of Japanese
- Business level of English
- Basic Data Analytics skills with ability to analyze data
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and other data analysis features)
- Experience in program or project management (2 years+)

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience of entrepreneurship and working in a start-up environment
