Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance leader looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, complex environment? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Lead, where you'll drive quality excellence across multiple teams, ensuring seamless implementations and high-quality delivery of change requests and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

- Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing activities across a consolidated portfolio of 100-150 FTE worth of changes

- Define, monitor, and continuously improve QA processes, best practices, and procedures.

Accountability for Quality Deliverables:

- Manage and deliver the quality dashboard, focusing on metrics and continuous improvements.

- Ensure successful release outcomes by tracking and analyzing expected vs. actual results.

- Report and maintain project KPIs to drive accountability and performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align QA strategies with the broader project and organizational goals.

- Act as a key contact for quality-related discussions and align with the release strategy.



Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven QA Leadership: Hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality engineering leadership, with expertise in setting up and optimizing QA practices for technology delivery projects.

- Strategic Mindset: Ability to grasp complex environments, strategies, and release processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Dutch,  French is a plus.

Onsite Presence: Ability to work onsite at the Brussels office twice a week.

Bonus:

Experience working with offshore teams.
