Qualifications:
The Recruiting Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in providing support with sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing early career recruitment.
Core Responsibilities:
-Provide support with sourcing, screening, interviewing, data entry and/or pre-onboarding administration activities.
-Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner.
-Take responsibility for administrative and documentation activities with interviewers, hiring managers, and other employees as needed-Use tools and licenses associated with talent acquisition-Assist with more complex vendor management and basic procurement activities
-Respond to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers operational/logistical recruiting questions
- Communicate process and provide status to candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationship with candidates during the recruiting cycle. Manage assessment according to the position requirements, schedule and participate in interviews or panel sessions.
- Assess, prepare and extend offer letters. Maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends. Improve delivery, quality, diversity and cost targets for recruiting processes.
