Reverse Logistics and Network Optimization Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Network Losses support, reverse logistics for all returns, transshipment, and recommerce planning. The ideal candidate will lead NL savings initiatives and identify opportunities for new projects and processes to optimize Amazon operations. This role requires strong English proficiency and SQL skills, along with excellent stakeholder management abilities. The successful applicant should have a comprehensive understanding of the sales flow, Fulfillment Centers (FCs), and return processes. They will be expected to leverage their analytical skills and operational knowledge to drive efficiency improvements across the supply chain. This position demands a strategic thinker who can navigate complex logistics systems, analyze data to inform decision-making, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

A day in the life
Monitor and analyze metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Manage reverse logistics flow, ensuring efficiency in returns processing while working in partnership with the person responsible for customer package returns.
Coordinate transfer/selles planning of items for recommerce, optimizing resource utilization, and planning efficiency for FC and sales order team.
Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and solve problems.
Create QS and DASH using SQL.
Collaborate with sales teams, operations, and FCs to improve processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities for new projects that optimize operations across all 03 areas in synergy.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and develop corrective action plans.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience in program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
