About the team/role
The Fintech Payment Risk team is responsible for managing diversified risk associated with our products and business flows, ranging from fraud prevention, scam, promotion abuse to anti-money laundering, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, developing innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fintech economy ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes.
In this role, you'll be...
Be responsible for formulating and implementing the risk management policies related to payment business, including fraud prevention on KYC onboarding, pix payment, card payment.
Be responsible for risk assessment of new payment business, new products andd new payment channels, including risk evaluation based on business scenarios, conducting risk assessment, formulating risk management plans and promoting implementation.
Coordinate and ensure high-quality communication with regulators about fraud risk related topics, stay updated on regulator guidelines, make sure all the requirements from regulators have been implemented internally.
Design the holistic risk prevention and control system as well as to empower the risk management product and technical capabilities based on the current status and future of international business payment risk management.

1. Full-time bachelor or above degree;
2. Relevant work experience in payment institutions, digital banks, card scheme associations, and related position of fraud prevention;
3. Be good at communication and coordination, with international vision, strong logical thinking, innovation ability, organization and coordination ability, execution ability, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
4. Good English communication skills, good documentation skills;
