The Work:
The Client Relationship Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering elevated and insightful client information. This position involves supporting client insight requests through comprehensive research and data analysis, providing valuable content, and equipping practitioners with the necessary tools and techniques to derive actionable insights. Additionally, the candidate will assist with various sales enablement activities, including data management, request coordination, and team triage scheduling.
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Support Accenture’s growing pipeline of relationships and opportunities.
· Conduct precise research to gather relevant information for client insight requests, curating and presenting this information effectively.
· Develop detailed reports, primarily in PowerPoint.
· Manage incoming requests and team schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely delivery.
· Monitor and manage the team’s performance data, generating reports on key metrics to track progress and performance.
· Work closely with team members, the Relationships Center of Excellence (CoE), and Sales Excellence.
· Stay updated with the latest predictive intelligence tools and methodologies, applying new knowledge to improve support and business impact.
Here’s what you need:
· Native-level fluency in English (all verbal and written communication within the team is in English).
· Bachelor’s degree minimum.
· Two years of experience in research and/or content curation minimum.
· High level of competence with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
· Strong proofreading and editing skills.
· Awareness and ability to work effectively with a multicultural team.
· Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
· Ability to work proactively and independently in a virtual environment, managing multiple time zones.
Extra credit if you have:
· Prior market intelligence research experience.
· Understanding of sales processes and market standard sales tools.
