The Work
Become an expert at client´s campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be your regions go to resource for performance related inquiries.
Be the primary day-to-day technical contact for sales to help activate lower funnel campaigns (ex. eCommerce, performance focused campaigns).
Provide prompt, professional consultative support and services to ensure a high level of seller/advertiser satisfaction.
Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for a less technical audience.
Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.
Partner with sales by providing live performance support (on video calls / in-person) to top tier clients within your region.
Identify key issues facing our clients and advertisers and develop proposed solutions on how to solve them through systems, processes and / or people.
Work with your region to adapt best practices to fit the market you are supporting and relay that feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
Scale performance knowledge across the sales organization via documentation, office hours, trainings, etc.
Address internal system issues by working with the appropriate engineering channels to ensure timely resolution and prevent any impact on regional sales teams.



Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, or equivalent experience

3 years of relevant work experience within digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.

3 years of both client facing and hands-on experience in digital advertising with responsibilities in ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management.

Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies

Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits (ex. Conversion API) Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales facing experience, and product/platform knowledge

Comfort with being client-facing

A structured and detail-oriented thinker

Strong communication skills

An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources and delivering results without waiting for direction

Business fluency in local language, Spanish and English is required
