### About the Role
Uber Grocery & Retail (GR) team is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Executive with 10–15 years of experience to help build out Uber’s Retail strategy, focused on acquiring retail merchants (e.g., pharma, home/DIY, sports, etc.) to join the Uber Eats platform in Taiwan. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will own the business objective of acquiring Taiwan’s top retail merchants onto our platform—including executive relationship building, pitching and refining our value proposition, and closing deals with favorable terms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Strategy, Product, and more) to ensure smooth integrations and long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
### What You Will Do
- **Build & Manage a Robust Pipeline:** Develop a structured approach to prioritize leads, track opportunities, and ensure consistent progression through the sales cycle.
- **Own the End-to-End Sales Process:** Lead all aspects of deal-making—from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and final contract execution.
- **Achieve Acquisition Goals:** Consistently meet and exceed new merchant acquisition targets, driving growth and expanding the retail partner network.
### Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of C-level executive engagement and successful contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including stakeholder management and closing high-impact deals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
### Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Taiwan’s retail landscape, including a strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture.
