デリバリーステーション(DS)全体の生産・業務計画の立案や進捗・実績管理などを担います。
またシニアエリアマネージャーは、複数名のマネジメントも同時に手がけるなど、とても裁量の大きな役割となります。

*Working location for this position is a Delivery Station base in Tokyo and Kanagawa. The location have flexibility.
This role involves developing production and operational plans for the entire Delivery Station (DS) and managing progress and performance metrics. As a Senior Area Manager, you will have significant autonomy, including managing multiple team members.
Key job responsibilities
【具体的な業務内容】
■生産・業務計画の立案、進捗・実績・各種指標管理、人員・労務管理
1ヶ月単位の想定物量を予測する部署と連携し、週単位の生産・業務計画を立案します。
配送ルートや作業員のシフト作成などは部下となるシフトマネージャーが行なうため、シニアエリアマネージャーは全体の計画を立てます。
具体的には、週単位で必要となる人員数を算出などです(人員不足の際は派遣会社などに要請します)。
また社内システムを用いて各種計画の進捗・実績管理などを実施。
現場と連携し、生産性向上を実現してください。
■各種プロジェクト・改善活動の取りまとめ、人員育成・チームビルディング
今の生産性を維持するのではなく、改善を図って向上させるのがAmazonのシニアエリアマネージャーです。
業務改善プロジェクトなどの進行・取りまとめ役となり、最新テクノロジーの導入や工程の見直しなどを検討します。
ミーティングはオペレーションマネージャーやエリアマネージャーと定期的に実施。
技術や機器などを新規導入する際は教育プランの策定も行ないます。
■業務上で発生したトラブルや問題の解決
例えば、コンベアが停止した際のリカバリープランの立案・実施など。
商品がデリバリーステーション内で滞留しないよう、トラブルに合わせて人員配置や対応方法などを検討します。
■上記以外のミーティングの司会進行、オペレーションマネージャーへの実績報告など日々実施される各種指標に対するミーティングのファシリテーション、議論の取りまとめなどを担当します。

【Specific Duties】
■ Production/Operations Planning, Progress/Performance/KPI Management, Personnel/Labor Management
Collaborate with the forecasting department to develop weekly production and operations plans based on monthly volume predictions
Create overall plans while Shift Managers handle detailed route planning and staff scheduling
Calculate weekly staffing requirements (including requesting temporary staff when needed)
Monitor progress and performance using internal systems
Work with on-site teams to improve productivity
■ Project Management, Process Improvement, Team Development, and Team Building
As an Amazon Senior Area Manager, focus on continuous improvement rather than maintaining current productivity levels
Lead operational improvement projects, considering new technology implementation and process optimization
Conduct regular meetings with Operations Managers and Area Managers
Develop training plans for new technology and equipment implementation
■ Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
Develop and implement recovery plans for situations such as conveyor breakdowns
Adjust staffing and response methods to prevent product stagnation within the Delivery Station
■ Additional Responsibilities
Facilitate various meetings and discussions
Report performance metrics to Operations Managers
Lead daily KPI meetings and consolidate discussion outcomes

Basic Qualifications
- 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語のスキル
- 管理職経験
- Word, Excel (関数、グラフ), Power Pointの業務上使用経験

Preferred Qualifications
- 製造・物流小売において人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験3年以上
- 複数名のリーダー業務・タスク管理業務経験3年以上 (評価、人材育成の経験はあれば尚可)
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(プロジェクトの規模は問わない・多部門横断型プロジェクトであれば尚可)
- 5S・QCサークル・シックスシグマなどの手法を用いての実践経験
- 製造現場における工程・生産管理経験3年以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 主体性を持って業務改善を実行し、数値で実績を管理した経験(継続性を持ち、業務における生産性・品質の向上を行ってきた方)
- 自身の業務を数値・指標にて管理した経験(指標が目標に対し、どのように機能しているかを分析・それを元にアクションの起こせる方)

- 3+ years of experience managing and improving people, materials, and financial flows through metrics and KPIs in manufacturing, logistics, or retail
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple team leaders and their tasks (experience in performance evaluation and talent development is a plus)
- Project management experience (scale of projects not important; cross-functional project experience preferred)
- Practical experience using methodologies such as 5S, QC Circle, or Six Sigma
- 3+ years of process and production management experience in manufacturing environments
- Business-level English proficiency
- Demonstrated experience in independently implementing process improvements with quantifiable results (continuous improvement of operational productivity and quality)
- Experience in managing personal work performance through metrics and KPIs (ability to analyze indicators against targets and take appropriate action)
