Your mission will be… 

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior  Project Management Officer with a passion for IT strategy, governance and portfolio management who possesses the skills and expertise to manage our IT transformation efforts.
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of strategic IT programs and projects as well as regular IT portfolio management and enterprise architecture activities.    You will work closely with program and project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Your daily tasks will be…
  • Planning and Coordination
Support   in the planning and execution of Smart Infrastructure IT strategic programs, initiatives, regular IT Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture board meetings.
Track and monitor the roadmap, milestones, deliverables, preparation of templates, review of deliverables and action items  . 
Support in developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
Organize, prepare and support conducting meetings and steering committees.
Document, distribute and follow up on meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action items.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Support in onboarding activities incl. providing access to tools etc.
  • Reporting, Communication and Change Management
Prepare and distribute regular reporting on program/project status for stakeholders and leadership.
Developing transparency of the IT portfolio, maintain decision register, prepare monthly and quarterly IT portfolio reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic insights.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to executive leadership.
Support leadership with data-driven decision-making using analytics from project, portfolio, and architecture tools.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Facilitate stakeholder communications.
  • Governance and Risk Management
Provide insights into portfolio risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
Contribute to developing a transparency to ensure consistency in application, data, and technology architecture governance across the enterprise

We are looking for someone with…
  • Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management Office, ideally in IT Program and Projects, IT Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture. Expertise in leading the delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs and projects
Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus.
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).   Experience with project management tools. 
Strong understanding of IT strategy, governance, and portfolio management frameworks.
Experience with IT investment, demand management, and roadmap planning.

  • Languages: Written and spoken English on a proficient level, other languages are welcome.
