**About the Role**

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading large negotiations with top restaurant chains in order to deliver a big impact on the restaurant selection on UberEats. We are looking for someone who is ready to get going quickly and knows where the best restaurants are, is passionate about food, and enjoys building great partnerships.

**What You'll Do**

1. Manage a pipeline with the largest negotiations across the country.
2. Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects in order to help our restaurants' partners reach new goals.
3. Own the restaurant selection for all eaters to choose from the best restaurants available
4. Creating and redesigning processes while aligning several stakeholders to ensure UberEats can move quickly and succeed at a large scale.
5. Help the Territory Lead & City Managers define a clear, achievable sales strategy that will get the territory to success.
6. Coach a team of several Sales Representatives that report into City Managers.
7. Liaise with central teams to push the necessary workstreams needed in order to reach overall targets.

## What You'll Need

01. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
02. At least 7 years of professional experience with proven experience in long-cycle sales / consultative selling.
03. Commercial proficiency: Having a great sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform these opportunities into actual results
04. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
05. Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
06. Experience in proactively growing customer relationships and in demonstrating understanding of a customer's business and needs
07. Analytical mindset: you are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions. You can make sound business decisions independently
08. Team player who brings positive spirit and energy and contributes to a great culture
09. Results oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. You hustle until you get the job done!
10. Fluency in Spanish and English.
11. Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
