Apply now for the position of Site Assistant cat. prot. L. 68/99 art. 3 in Colleretto Giacosa, Turin, and you will support the production team for what concerns logistics and organizational aspects, as well as management of shipment documentation. Moreover, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the AAA site, for people calling the switchboard in the site and for the managing of correspondence and shipment.

Your role:

  • You provide support as site assistant to the production site teams, directly reporting to site manager.
  • You provide support to the site personnel for logistics aspects (e.g. deliveries, entry of materials, transport documentation, …).
  • You manage part of the safety logistic tools, such as dosimeters or first aid material.
  • You reconcile all the delivery notes for goods and services received and update the order status onto D365 portal.
  • You print the transport documents of radiopharmaceuticals shipped to hospitals and reconcile the returned (filled) copies.

Your expertise:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in the role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point).
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operations runs smoothly.
  • Good knowledge of English.
