S&OP Manager, Supply Chain & Integration

We are seeking for a Supply Chain Manager to drive the development of the supply chain processes and tools and their execution to support Amazon growth. The candidate will need the strategic ability to develop and execute a vision for the future. This role includes writing requirements, creating processes, prioritizing necessary tech work, quantifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, and driving performance to meet all supply chain goals
This position is responsible to work alongside the Operations and Retail teams, managing operational relations and processes for Consumables vendors, driving best practices, ensuring continuous improvement, and delivering projects that will have a fundamental impact on the flow of inventory into our fulfillment network.
This person will partner and work closely with Business Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, IT and Finance.
The successful candidate will create, develop, prioritize, and drive solutions that result in end-to-end supply chain processes for the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute data mining for Supply Chain Strategies
This position is responsible for:
- Data mining and analysis to uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can efficiently and materially support fulfillment improvement solution decision.
- Use data to develop new statistical models to improve our ability to synthesize and extract insights from large volumes of data.
- Execute business analysis project and Ad-hoc supply chain analysis, as well as fulfillment experience operation excellence improvement project. Work closely with supply chain team for big imitative project which lead to best fulfillment and delivery experience for Brazilian customers.
- Provide support on long-term supply chain planning
- Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying
Manage the Sales & Operational Planning Process
- Validate Unit Forecast by Business
- Develop new analytical models for demand/supply forecasting based on segmented supply chain solutions.
- Plan Inventory Capacity
- Build Customer Returns unit forecast
- Build Transship forecasts
- Chair S&OP meetings calls with Operations, Retail, and FBA
Managing Daily Inbound & Outbound Issues
- Backlog Management / Reporting
· Coordinate the resolution of daily operational issues with our fulfillment Centers, Vendors, and Retail teams.
Key job responsibilities
This role will work close to the Ops teams (Fulfillment Center and Last Mile) and Stores teams (Retail and FBA) along with multiple other teams to implement process improvements and new technical features to improve forecast accuracy. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and used to work with ambiguity. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. In this position you will:
• Forecasting inbound and outbound volumes at Fulfillment Center (FC) weekly and daily grain;
• Set up processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting;
• Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation;
• Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to drive forecast deviations reductions;
• Develop new metrics and performance indicators to evaluate, audit and improve efficiency of S&OP forecasting;
• Own day-to-day operations execution and implement quick actions to keep adhering to the plan.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- Program or project management experience;
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics;
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL;
- Advanced English;
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience driving process improvements;
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
