As a Senior Amazon Customer Experience System Manager (ACES) in Amazon Logistics'(AMZL) Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team in Japan, you will lead the development of next-generation AMZL leaders. This high-visibility role focuses on building and executing training programs that enhance employee and Delivery Partner performance, safety, and experience while supporting Amazon's rapid logistics network growth.

Key job responsibilities
-Design and execute scalable training programs for Field Operations and Corporate teams
-Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions (classroom and floor-based)
-End-to-end ownership of training programs from needs analysis to execution
-Measure and assess leadership development initiatives' impact
-Implement continuous improvement based on data and feedback
-Identify and address gaps in learning content
-Create training materials including eLearning modules, videos, and presentations
-Develop interactive assessments and scenario-based learning
-Collaborate with AMZL Academy, Human Resources, Operations Leadership, and Field Operations teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ experience as a learning and development professional or equivalent experience
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Business level English and Japanese (writing, speaking and facilitating large audience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a program manager working in logistics, operations, supply chain or transportation.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc.
- Interest in driving and testing short-term tangible improvements to determine the right long-term solution and investment to effectively train our employees and Delivery Partners.
- Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
- Experience of managing teams.
