team, leading key initiatives to drive growth across
Latam
. The
Goal Setting and Tactics
team is responsible for developing tools and processes that guide the commercial team toward achieving our annual goals.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of
Orangers
and influence key stakeholders to create a positive impact on our results. This data-driven position requires a unique blend of
strategic business thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills
.
As a member of the
Goal Setting and Tactics
team, you will play a crucial role in
expanding and sustaining
our business across the region while helping our restaurant partners
maximize their growth potential
on our platform
In this role, you'll be...
Identify and resolve
high-priority challenges in the day-to-day execution of business strategies.
Develop and implement
strategies to drive growth for both our business and restaurant partners in a highly competitive environment.
Collaborate effectively
with various operations teams within our Field Strategy division.
Negotiate and establish
standardized processes and communication procedures to ensure seamless execution of strategies across teams.
Take a hands-on approach
to problem-solving and leadership to drive operational excellence.
Work closely with international stakeholders
to advance projects in a fast-paced environment.
Launch initiatives
in our internal systems to boost restaurant sales on our platform.

Project management Skills
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Solid business sense, familiar with Finance concepts
Effective communication (verbal and written), both in English and Spanish.
Highly motivated, proactive, self-learner, Independent, solid sense of ownership, hands-on approach.
Experienced in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) + willingness to learn others.
Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/ Mathematics or related fields
Professional background: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Banking or related field.
Technical knowledge: experience in financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics.
