Sr Existing Seller Account Manager, CN Global Selling
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven team lead, with Account management experience to drive China-based Japan Sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon EU/JP marketplaces. The Account Manager will partner with CN2EU/CN2JP Sellers, marketing team to grow Sellers' business on Amazon EU/JP including identifying opportunities, monitoring Seller's healthy growth, performance, lead team to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities:
- Lead team to work with sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.
- Keep fine-tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
- Hire and develop a talent team.
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Contribute to Amazon feature/program roadmap planning and business strategy design.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- SQL
- Native English
