Amazon Pay事業部では、プロダクト戦略に基づいた、Project Managementおよび、新たなアイデアをもとに事業企画を推進することに興味がある方を募集します。

Amazon Pay is Commerce ID and Payment Service Provider leveraging Amazon account information (shipping address and payment method) to shop securely and conveniently everywhere beyond Amazon.co.jp. In Japan, Amazon Pay launched in May 2015 and has now been introduced at over 100,000 sites. We are aiming for a future where Amazon Pay can be used not only for payments but also in our customers' daily lives. We are looking for a person who is interested in business planning based on new ideas and project management based on product strategy

Amazon Pay team is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Amazon Pay in Japan. This role is responsible for business risk/opportunity analysis, strategic planning and program management involving external/internal stakeholders.
This position will collaborate with global stakeholders such as engineering, finance, legal and compliance teams to accelerate business growth.
Female Program Managers are also active in this position. You can pursue a flexible work style with your own responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Business Level Japanese and English communication skill in verbal, reading and writing which enable to make good relationship and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications


- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions
