Job Description
Help shape the future of cross-border e-commerce by enabling international sellers to deliver products to millions of customers in Japan with exceptional delivery experiences. As a senior-level product leader, you'll lead critical initiatives for the Out of Country (OOC) Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) delivery experience that strengthen customer trust and help sellers succeed.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll shape how international sellers provide fast and reliable delivery experiences to Japanese customers. Working with teams across Amazon, you'll help craft the long-term vision and bring to life initiatives that make it easier for sellers to delight customers through better delivery promises and performance. Your work will build customer trust through improved delivery experiences, help sellers succeed through better delivery capabilities, and expand the range of unique and compelling selection that international sellers bring to customers. You'll use data-driven insights and machine learning solutions to help sellers provide faster, more accurate delivery promises while automating their delivery operations. You'll influence priorities and build strong partnerships across global teams while helping to chart Amazon's future in cross-border e-commerce.
In this role, you'll lead initiatives that create better customer experiences through improved delivery speeds and accuracy. You'll work closely with international sellers to help them provide faster, more accurate delivery promises to customers, while developing automation solutions that make it easier for them to optimize their delivery performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing fast-shipping selection and maintaining high delivery promise accuracy for customers shopping from international sellers.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute product and business strategy for the OOC MFN delivery experience, including competitive analysis, feature differentiation, and long-term roadmap development
- Lead executive-level product discussions and build consensus across global stakeholders on strategic initiatives and operational planning
- Drive data-driven improvements through sophisticated analysis and experimentation, while developing scalable solutions that balance customer experience with seller capabilities
- Design and implement new policies, mechanisms, and automation solutions to enhance delivery performance and seller adoption
- Create compelling narratives and business cases to influence organizational priorities and product investments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders globally while leading cross-functional initiatives that significantly impact customer trust and seller success

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (verbal and written communication).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Background in delivery promise systems or supply chain optimization
