As Southeast Asia emerges as one of the fastest-growing seller regions, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager of Strategic Iniatives to drive strategic initiatives across SEA countries. This role will be crucial in orchestrating complex programs, analyzing market opportunities, and enabling seamless execution of strategic priorities across the region.
The ideal candidate will transform SEA seller insights into actionable programs, lead data-driven decision making, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong program management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Strategic Program Development and Execution:
• Design and implement strategic programs to accelerate SEA seller growth and improve their launch experience across global marketplaces
• Develop data-driven frameworks to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact initiatives across SEA markets
• Build and maintain program governance structures, ensuring alignment between local execution and regional strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in program effectiveness through regular review and optimization
Data Analytics and Performance Management:
• Establish comprehensive metrics framework to measure program success and seller growth across SEA
• Lead data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in SEA seller performance
• Create actionable insights from complex datasets to guide strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
• Act as the key liaison across Asia GS, SEA country teams, central PMO, and regional leadership
• Influence resource allocation and priority setting based on market insights and business requirements
• Build systematic mechanisms to capture Seller needs and actions thru observation from Voice of Seller (VOS)
• Present regular program updates and critical insights to senior leadership
Process Optimization and Change Management:
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency across local and central teams
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful program implementation
• Develop scalable solutions that can be implemented across multiple SEA markets
• Drive standardization of best practices while maintaining flexibility for local market needs
Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs at a scope of country or region level
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
• Experience working in multiple SEA markets or similar regional role
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses
• Understanding of SEA's diverse business landscape and market dynamics
• Additional SEA language capabilities
• Experience in working with senior leadership teams
• Track record of implementing successful change management initiatives
